Big details on John Cena’s potential appearance at WrestleMania 39

With a match between Logan Paul and Seth Rollins practically closed for WrestleMania 39, the way is completely opened for the WWE United States Champion, Austin Theory, to be John Cena’s opponent for the “Showcase of Immortals”.

However, according to a new report from Variery, Cena is currently in Melbourne, Australia, where he will shoot until March the new film Ricky Stanicky, with Zac Efron.

With this, there are doubts that Cena can really be able to go to WrestleMania, since he will be busy at the moment when he should build his rivalry with Theory, whether on RAW or SmackDown.

But there is an ace up his sleeve, since in December 2022, Cena would have recorded some material with Theory that has not yet been aired. Obviously it can be something related to WWE 2K23, however, if there is pre-recorded material, it is expected that it will be used in this possible rivalry between the two for WrestleMania 39.
