CM Punk Reportedly Interested in Facing Samoa Joe at AEW Collision

CM Punk is expected to make his return to AEW in June for the launch of a new Saturday show, AEW Collision. According to Fightful Select, a program with Chris Jericho has been pitched, but Punk has also been interested in facing Samoa Joe.

Joe and Punk have a long history together, having faced off numerous times in Ring of Honor, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and the United Kingdom. Their last match was in 2005.

It is unclear whether this pitch is for a one-off match or an extended program. However, it would be a major match for both men and would be sure to draw a lot of interest from fans.
