Finn Balor got injured during WrestleMania Night Two

Finn Balor sustained a legitimate injury during his Hell in a Cell match with Edge at WrestleMania 39 (Night Two). The incident occurred when a ladder thrown by Edge struck Balor directly in the head.

According to several attendees, WWE’s medical staff entered the cage while Edge attempted to distract the audience by searching for more weapons beneath the ring. Despite the crowd’s brief excitement as he retrieved kendo sticks and another ladder, they were aware of the ongoing medical intervention.

Balor received a numbing agent via injection and had temporary staples applied to his head at ringside to close the cut.
