Nick Aldis, after his six-year hiatus, faced Sheldon Jean in his first Impact singles match, with Kenny King providing commentary. This interaction ignited a feud as King claimed Aldis was jumping the contenders’ queue.

Now Aldis is set to face King at the Impact Under Siege pay-per-view on May 26. Concurrently, Impact World Champion Steve Maclin readies for a No Disqualification title defense against PCO.

The event, held in London, Ontario, also features Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo defending her title against Jordynne Grace, and a match with the newly debuted Trinity. Aldis’ ultimate aim remains the Impact World Championship.
