Major League Wrestling’s lawsuit against WWE dismissed

The antitrust lawsuit filed by Major League Wrestling against WWE has been dismissed, according to a court filing obtained by PWInsider.
MLW had initially filed the lawsuit against WWE, alleging that the company had attempted to undermine competition and monopolize the professional wrestling market by interfering in MLW’s contracts and business prospects.
While the case has been dismissed, MLW has 21 days to file an amended complaint to resurrect their claims against WWE.
