With his return during the WWE Draft, AJ Styles swiftly rose in Friday Night SmackDown’s hierarchy, securing his place in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship final at Night of Champions, set for May 27th. He’ll face Seth Rollins in this decisive match. Though the outcome remains unknown, Better Wrestling Experience hints at Styles’ possible trajectory post-event: a feud with Karrion Kross.

Despite rejoining WWE in summer 2022, Kross has largely remained in mid-card status, his last televised victory dating back to February against Rey Mysterio.

Recently, he faced defeat against Shinsuke Nakamura. With Styles slated to appear on this week’s SmackDown during the Grayson Waller Effect, the upcoming segment is reportedly “fantastic.”
