Rhea Ripley dislocated her knee at the WWE Royal Rumble

Rhea Ripley gave an update on her health after the Royal Rumble.
Rhea Ripley made history at the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble. She became the first woman to win the match after being the first to enter, and furthermore, set a new time record after spending over an hour in the ring.
These records did not come without damage to “The Nightmare”. Speaking at the post-show press conference, Ripley revealed that her knee was briefly dislocated during the match, but it snapped back into place and “is fine” now.
“I’m obviously hurt. My knees are not very good in general. My knee dislocated for a second and then came back. I’m feeling good right now and because of all my emotions I’m just excited so I’m blocking out everything else. At the very least, I can smell blood in my nose, and it’s definitely there, but my knee is fine.”
Additionally, at this press conference, Ripley praised NXT’s utilization of women in the match and joked about a difficult decision to make regarding her WrestleMania opponent.
