Taya Valkyrie reveals one of her wrestling dreams

Taya Valkyrie, the current reigning MLW Featherweight Champion, spoke about her desire to work on a creative team in professional wrestling during an interview with Fightful. She shared her passion for writing and producing for wrestling, as well as her interest in learning more about what goes on behind the scenes.

Valkyrie said, “I have a huge interest in learning about the creative process because I haven’t had the opportunity to understand what happens in the headsets and monitors and truck. I’m especially interested in writing and creating characters and working on character development and aesthetics.”

She went on to say that she believes her experience and the unique things she has gone through could add to a company’s creative team. “I would love to be part of a creative team in the future because I think I have the experience, passion, and interesting stories to tell. This is an industry that’s growing and changing every day, so it’s important to keep learning from my peers and others in the industry.”
