The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn emerged victorious in the Tres De Mayo Trios Battle Royale during this week’s AEW Dynamite. The winning trio overcame notable teams such as QTV’s QT Marshall, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Aaron Solo; El Hijo Del Vikingo with The Lucha Bros; Dark Order’s John Silver, Alex Reynolds, and Evil Uno; and the combination of Tony Nese, Ari Daivari, and Josh Woods.
No official statement has been made yet regarding whether this triumph will result in an AEW Trios World Championship match against The House of Black.
