The Rock may still appear at WrestleMania 39

Many reports last week reported that The Rock had told WWE he didn’t have time to prepare and get in shape for WrestleMania 39, but many still held out hope for his return at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

However, Dave Meltzer may have dashed fan expectations for good, recently reporting that The Rock may appear at WrestleMania 39, but not for a match.

“He might show up. But he refused to match,” said Meltzer.

At least The Rock can show up at WrestleMania 39.
