This Week’s WWE RAW Underwent Last-Minute Changes

In the run-up to WWE Night of Champions, the May 22 edition of Monday Night RAW nderwent last-minute changes, according to Fightful Select. The specifics of the alterations remain unknown, but the changes were significant enough to warrant new rundowns distributed shortly before the show.

Some speculate that Vince McMahon, head of WWE creative, may have been behind the changes. Notably, Paul Heyman was scheduled for a front-row segment, and JD McDonagh was set for his main roster singles debut, neither of which occurred. Shinsuke Nakamura and Matt Riddle also swapped roles in the main event.
